Founded in 2018, Rising Construction Services has quickly risen from a traffic control company to a commercial construction company specializing in erosion control, traffic services, and restoration projects.
We are a woman-owned enterprise and a fully licensed, union subcontractor serving Missouri and Kansas looking to change the face of construction in the Midwest. Our goal is to provide top-tier service while also creating a healthy, safe, and diverse workforce.

The History of Rising Construction
Rising Construction Services was founded by Kristen Rising with the mission to streamline the traffic and erosion control industries through better strategies and implementation.
Having worked in and around the construction industry for many years, Kristen saw there was a need for more diversity, specifically in the form of woman-owned construction companies. After starting RCS, Kristen has worked hard to surround herself with talented individuals who help the company stand out.
RCS is a certified Small Local Business Enterprise with the city of Kansas City, Missouri, a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise by the State of Missouri and the State of Kansas, and a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise in Kansas as well.
